We have started, grown and operated profitable companies and exited by trade sale, merger and public flotation. So we’ve been successful as Business Mentors and are ready to share the knowledge and experience we’ve gained. Our business mentoring services are appreciated by companies with high profitable growth objectives. We enable them to achieve those objectives.
OUR STORY
Our founder and principal consultant is Russ Nathan C Eng CBE. He is probably best known for taking Romtec plc from start up to public quote on the AIM market.

We work interactively with directors to firstly understand the business and its aspirations and challenges. In most cases we attend board meetings and in some cases operate as mentor
